  • National ID number, Iqama number, or their Medical Record Number.

3. Identity Verification

Some of our electronic services may require user identity verification before granting access to their personal or health data, using appropriate verification methods depending on the service type, which may include the National ID number, Border Number, or Medical Record Number, in addition to other verification means such as a One-Time Password (OTP) when necessary.

Special Note Regarding Family Data: When attempting to access family members’ data (such as sick leave or test results), the user’s (guardian’s) authorization will be verified to ensure their right to view that data before it is displayed.
